MechWarrior Online brought out a new hero mech a few days ago called Misery, so I decided to spend some of the in-game money I’ve had since last year to buy one. For those of you who play, the Misery is a custom Stalker mech. This is one of the first games I tried it in (it even has some teamplay 
). Video is 1920*1200 with all settings maxed out.

Finally got working internet! 
This gameplay was recorded earlier today. It starts slow, as I’m piloting an ERPPC catapult. However the game develops nicely into a good scrap.

How NOT To Do A Promo Vid
Now I’m a great fan of MechWarrior Online, having been involved in the BattleTech universe in one way or another since the 80′s. However the video they released for their latest hero mech – the Ilya Muromets, named after a famous Slavic knight – is truly awful.
In fact there’s one section, where the Ilya is circling a Hunchback on a snow map, where I honestly thought I was watching a clip of MechWarrior 4 (game from the earli 00′s).
